The Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America is a nationally recognized career and technical organization focusing on impacting young people, their relationships with others, and on improving the communities in which they live through education, community service, and social programs. The Crittenden County chapter is one of the best in the country in that we hold the highest ratio of leadership positions (both regional and state) for a school our size. Our students promote programs in everything from domestic violence prevention to childhood cancer research. Our current state program, The Rae of Sunshine Foundation, has been our main focus for the past two years and our chapter is a founding leader. This program focuses on teen suicide prevention in honor of Taylor Nolan, a great personal friend of our chapter and 2015 state officer for the state of Kentucky.
